Another busy day

Mama and I took a ride to Brea today to meet some new people. We went to Grandma and Opa's church and met Miss Rose and Jeanie, and I was introduced to Noah, Anita, and Avelina at Grandma's work. 

But my favorite part of the day was spending time with Opa. He's very good at giving hugs and keeping me quiet when I start to cry. 

The rest of the day was spent making funny faces. Here are a few of my favorites:

Two weeks

Today I turned 2 weeks old!  Me and Mama went to the doctor's office and they said I gained 10 ounces since last week!  I weigh 1 ounce more than I did when I was born.

After the doctor gave me a clean bill of health, we headed to Ontario to visit Aunt Stacey at work. She was so proud to take me around campus and show me off to her coworkers. This is us in her classroom.

I know I'll have some great teachers in my life, but I'm pretty sure Aunt Stacey will always be my favorite!!

Lexi kisses

Mama and Papa gave me a bath tonight. I smell so clean and yummy that Lexi Lou couldn't resist giving me big puppy kissers!

The Happiest Place on Earth

Mama just couldn't wait to share one of her favorite things with me...Disneyland!  We picked up Aunt Stacey and headed down the road to Mickey Mouse's house.  We didn't stay long, but had enough time to take pictures with a funny looking man named Santa Claus.

I also go to meet Minnie Mouse who was so excited to see me, she pulled us away from the crowd for some cute pictures and a kiss on the nose.

Before we left the park, Mama made sure to get me my "1st Visit" button so I'll always have a memory of the day. 

On our way back to the car, Aunt Stacey stopped to show me her favorite store in Downtown Disney where they make all the yummy treats.  Maybe when I'm a little older she'll take me inside and buy me a Mickey Mouse candy apple!

What a fun day!

Morning snuggle time

Since Mama has to get up every few hours during the night to feed me, when it gets close to waking-up time, Papa usually comes to get me and brings me back to their room. After a little breakfast, I'll snuggle right in between them for a nap.

Papa's day off

Papa had the day off work today so we got to hang out and watch TV together.

Then after dinner Mama got me bundled up in my stroller and we all took Lexi Lou for a walk. Ahhh...the exciting life of a 10-day-old. 

Thanksgiving

We went over to Grandma and Opa's for Thanksgiving yesterday. I slept most of the day while everyone passed me around. Then I finally got to hang out in Grandma's bassinet so Mama and Papa could eat dinner. The Cowboys won, so it was a pretty great day!
