Out for a walk

Today me and Mama took Lexi Lou for a walk around the neighborhood.  We're striving to get out of the house a little bit more and today was a beautiful day to start!

Mini golf

Today we attended a fundraiser for Grandma and Opa's church youth group.  Mama, Papa, Grandma, Opa, and Aunt Stacey played 18 holes of mini golf while I watched.  Mama had a hard time because my head kept getting in the way and she could only use one hand on the putter, but Papa finished with the best score!

Mini vacay

I spent the whole day with Grandma and Opa before Aunt Stacey picked me up for a few hours. I got to hang out with her friend Mauricio while she baked a cheesecake.

After dinner, Grandma came back to get me and we're having a sleepover at her house. I even got new jammies to wear since it was a pretty spontaneous slumber party!

I'm having a great time, but can't wait to see Mama and Papa in the morning!

It was a windy day with a little bit of rain, but it didn't stop us from taking a short walk down to the doggie park by our house.  We let Lexi Lou run around and I got to look at all the trees and mountains in the background.  Thank goodness Mama brought my blanket to keep me warm!

Checkup

Today I had my 4-month checkup. The doctor said that everything looks good. My head's a little small, but it's growing just like the rest of me. I weigh 13lb 3oz and am 24.75" long. Grandma came along and comforted me before I got my shots.

Afterwards, she came home with us and let me and Mr. Bear take a nap on her.

Helping Grandma

Grandma came over today to take care of me. We chatted a bit, played some games, and I even helped her with some computer work she had to get done.

Another day at the park

Mama and Papa have dubbed Sundays "Family Day," which means we all head out together for a couple hours of fun.  Our destination will probably be the park for a while so Lexi Lou can come with us too.  Apparently I missed the whole adventure and woke up just as we arrived back at the car, but one of these days I'm gonna stay awake so I can check out the ducks and squirrels everyone keeps talking about.

Beautiful day

It was such a beautiful day today, we all sat outside on the patio for dinner and margaritas.  My "margarita" tasted just like Mama's milk.  Hmm...I think they tricked me.  ;-)

Miss Laurie

I've been waiting three and a half months to meet Grandma's friend, Laurie.  We finally stopped by her house today, and I had so much fun spending time with her!  She even gave me a new book that I can't wait to read with Mama.  Thanks, Laurie!

Helping Papa

I thought I'd help Papa with feeding time tonight.  Pretty soon, I'll be able to do it all by myself!

Fun with Aunt Stacey

I see Aunt Stacey at least once a month when we go to Disneyland together, but today she stopped by my house after work to play with me.  I had fun giving her smiles and even took a nap in her arms.

We took Lexi Lou for a walk at Yorba Regional Park today.  In true Emma fashion, I slept through most of it, but woke up for a minute to eat and take in the scenery.

I pretty much spent 95% of my day protesting EVERYTHING!  Consider yourself lucky that pictures don't have sound.  This is me protesting a nap.  I also protested eating, playing, sitting, laying down...you get the picture.
